Terms & Conditions
These are the rules of using IC7 Game. They cover who is allowed to play, how accounts and verification work, what the ₹10,000 welcome bonus actually requires of you, how deposits and withdrawals are handled, what conduct will get an account closed, and the limits of our responsibility.
We have written them to be read rather than to be skipped. Section 05 on the welcome bonus and section 08 on responsible gaming are the two that most affect players in practice, and if you read nothing else, read those.
01 Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between you and IC7 Game ("IC7", "we", "us", "our") covering your use of the ic7x.xyz website, the IC7 Game application, and our support and community channels on Telegram. By using any of them, you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, do not use the platform.
You accept them in the ordinary ways: by browsing this site, by tapping a download button, by registering an account, by depositing funds, and by playing. There is no separate signature and there does not need to be. Under Indian law an electronic agreement of this kind is as binding as a paper one, and this one is written in plain English precisely so that nobody can say afterwards that they did not understand what they were agreeing to.
These terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data and forms part of the same agreement. Where a promotional offer carries its own specific terms, those specific terms apply to that offer in addition to these, and where the two genuinely conflict on a point, the offer-specific terms govern that point.
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude any right you have under Indian consumer or data protection law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where a provision here would conflict with such a right, the law prevails and the rest of these terms continue to apply.
02 Eligibility
Not everybody is permitted to use IC7 Game. The conditions below are absolute. They are not negotiable, support cannot waive them, and an account that turns out not to have met them will be closed regardless of how long it has been open or how much is in it.
You must be 18 or older
You must be at least 18 years of age. You confirm this at registration and it is checked again at identity verification, where a date of birth on an official document either supports the declaration or contradicts it. A person under 18 cannot lawfully hold a player account, and an account found to belong to a minor is closed, with any balance returned to the original source of the deposit rather than paid out as winnings.
You must not reside in a restricted state
IC7 Game is not available to residents of six Indian states. This reflects the regulations those states apply to online skill gaming, and we do not accept players from them.
| Restricted state | Registration | Play and withdrawals |
|---|---|---|
| Andhra Pradesh | Not permitted | Not permitted |
| Assam | Not permitted | Not permitted |
| Odisha | Not permitted | Not permitted |
| Telangana | Not permitted | Not permitted |
| Nagaland | Not permitted | Not permitted |
| Sikkim | Not permitted | Not permitted |
It is your responsibility to satisfy yourself that using the platform is lawful where you live. Laws change, and they change at state level. Attempting to circumvent this restriction, whether by VPN, proxy, false address or somebody else's details, is a serious breach of these terms and is dealt with in section 09.
One account per person
Each person may hold exactly one account. One account per individual, per identity document, per bank account, per mobile number, and in practice per device and per household network where the circumstances suggest the same person is behind them. Multiple accounts are the mechanism behind most bonus abuse and most collusion, which is why the rule exists and why it is enforced without much sympathy.
You must not be connected to the operation
Employees, directors, contractors and agents of IC7 Game, of the partner platform, and of our suppliers may not hold player accounts, and neither may their immediate relatives or members of their household. This is a straightforward integrity rule. Somebody with access to the inside of a system should not be playing on it.
You must be legally capable
You must be legally competent to enter into a binding contract, you must be acting on your own behalf and not for anybody else, and you must not be a person who has previously been excluded from the platform or who has an active self-exclusion in force.
03 Account Registration and Verification
Registration is deliberately quick. You provide an Indian mobile number, confirm it with a one-time password, choose a display name, confirm that you are 18 or older, and declare your state of residence. It takes about a minute, and you can then browse the platform and play every game in free demo mode without depositing anything.
Everything you tell us at registration must be true, accurate and current, and you must keep it up to date. If you move to a different state, and particularly if you move to a restricted one, you must tell us. An account built on inaccurate information is not a valid account, and discovering that at the point of a large withdrawal is a much worse outcome for you than correcting it now.
Verification at first withdrawal
Identity verification is required before your first withdrawal is released. We do not require it at registration, because it is an obstacle at the one moment it serves no purpose. We do require it before money leaves the platform, because that is the moment it matters, and every operator that skips it becomes a laundering vehicle within a month.
Verification means providing a valid government-issued identity document, confirming your name and date of birth against it, and confirming that the bank account or UPI identifier you are withdrawing to belongs to you. Documents are handled under our Privacy Policy, held encrypted, and retained only as long as our obligations require.
Our sincere advice is to complete verification early rather than at the moment you want your money. A first withdrawal held up for two days by a rejected document photograph is the most common avoidable frustration on any platform of this kind, and it is entirely preventable.
Your account is yours to protect
You are responsible for the security of your account and for everything that happens on it. Do not share your credentials. Do not let another person play on your account, and do not play on anybody else's. If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, contact support on Telegram immediately so that it can be frozen.
04 Nature of the Service: Skill Gaming
IC7 Game is a skill-gaming platform offering games for entertainment. The library spans card games such as Teen Patti and Andar Bahar, live dealer tables, instant games such as Crash and Mines, table games such as baccarat and blackjack, slots, and fishing and arcade titles. Play takes place in Indian rupees.
Skill matters in these games, and it matters to different degrees in different categories. In blackjack, learning the correct play measurably changes your expected return, and Speed VIP Blackjack reaches a published return-to-player of 99.28% for a player who plays it correctly. In fishing and arcade games, your aim and target selection genuinely change your results. In Andar Bahar, understanding the structure of the game changes which options you choose. Anyone who tells you these games are identical in the demands they place on a player has not played them.
What skill does not do is eliminate the house edge, and we will not pretend otherwise. Every game on the platform has one. It is published on the game page as a return-to-player percentage before you play, not after, and it means that over a sufficiently long period the mathematics favours the platform. A high return-to-player figure is not a promise of profit and there is no such thing as a certain outcome in any round of any game here. Anybody offering you a system that beats the mathematics is selling you something.
The practical consequence is the one set out in section 08, and it is the single most important sentence on this page: play is entertainment, it is not income, and it should be funded from money you have already decided you can afford to spend.
We provide the platform as it is. Individual games may be added, changed or withdrawn by their studios. Features may change. Servers occasionally go down. We aim for very high availability and we generally achieve it, but we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error free, and section 12 sets out what that means in practice.
05 The ₹10,000 Welcome Bonus and Playthrough Terms
The welcome bonus is real, it is worth having, and it comes with conditions. This section explains those conditions in plain language, because a bonus whose terms you only discover at the moment you try to withdraw is not a gift, it is a trap, and we would rather tell you now.
How the bonus is credited
The welcome bonus is a matched bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ₹10,000. It is matched, which means the bonus amount is calculated against what you deposit: a first deposit of ₹1,000 attracts a bonus of ₹1,000, and receiving the full ₹10,000 requires a first deposit of ₹10,000. It is credited automatically. There is no promo code to enter and no request to make. It is available once per person, once per account, once per device and once per payment instrument, and it applies to your first deposit only.
The playthrough requirement
Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. This is the part that people miss, so we will state it as directly as we can. When the bonus is credited, it sits in your balance as bonus funds, not as cash. You can play with it. You cannot withdraw it, and you cannot withdraw winnings derived from it, until it has been played through.
Playing through means staking the bonus amount a set number of times in qualifying games before it converts into withdrawable cash. If the requirement is, for example, twenty times, then a ₹1,000 bonus must accumulate ₹20,000 of qualifying stakes before it converts. The exact multiple that applies to the current offer is published on the download page alongside the offer itself. Check it there before you claim, because it is the number that determines what the bonus is actually worth to you.
Not every game contributes at the same rate
Different categories of game contribute to the playthrough requirement at different rates, and there is a straightforward reason for this rather than a devious one. Games with a lower house edge give the platform less margin per rupee staked. If they counted in full towards the requirement, a player could clear a bonus almost free of cost by staking it on the highest-return table games, and no operator could fund a ₹10,000 offer on that basis. So the contribution is scaled to the edge.
| Category | Typical contribution | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Slots | 100% | Every ₹100 staked counts as ₹100 towards the requirement. The house edge is highest here, so it contributes in full. |
| Instant games | Reduced | Returns of around 97% mean a lower margin per round, so a stake counts for less than its face value. |
| Card games | Reduced | High published returns, so contribution is scaled down accordingly. |
| Live dealer | Reduced | Lower house edge than slots, and a proportionately lower contribution rate. |
| Table games | Reduced the most | Blackjack and baccarat carry the lowest edge on the platform, up to 99.28% return, so they contribute the least. |
The precise percentages for the current offer are published with the offer on the download page. The pattern, however, does not change: slots contribute in full, and the lower a category's house edge, the less it contributes. If you intend to clear the bonus, that is the fact to plan around.
The other conditions
- The bonus has an expiry period. Any unconverted bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are removed when it expires, and the period runs from the moment the bonus is credited, not from the moment you first play.
- A maximum stake per round may apply while a playthrough requirement is outstanding. Staking above it while carrying a bonus can void the bonus.
- Requesting a withdrawal of cash funds while a bonus playthrough is outstanding may forfeit the unconverted bonus. Support will tell you before it happens if you ask.
- Play in free demo mode does not contribute to a playthrough requirement, because no real stake is placed.
- Bonus abuse, meaning any arrangement designed to extract the bonus without genuine play, including low-risk opposing stakes on the same event, multiple accounts, or coordinated play with another person, voids the bonus and is dealt with under section 09.
- We may withdraw or amend a promotional offer at any time. Doing so does not affect a bonus already credited to your account, which continues under the terms in force when you claimed it.
06 Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits
The minimum deposit is ₹100. The floor is deliberately low: you should be able to try the platform without committing an amount you would miss. Deposits are made over UPI, using GPay, PhonePe, Paytm or any other UPI application, and they credit to your balance within seconds.
You may only deposit from a payment instrument held in your own name. Depositing with somebody else's UPI ID, card or bank account is not permitted, even with their agreement, and it will create a problem at withdrawal that we will not be able to solve for you. All amounts are in Indian rupees end to end, so there is no currency conversion quietly eroding your balance in either direction.
We do not extend credit. You can only play with funds already in your balance. There is no overdraft, no deferred settlement and no borrowing facility of any kind, and there never will be, because playing with borrowed money is how ordinary players end up in serious trouble.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals are paid over UPI or IMPS to a bank account or UPI identifier verified in your own name. This is not optional and it is not a formality. It is a single inconvenience at the start in exchange for a permanent protection: money can only ever leave your account towards you.
| Item | Detail |
|---|---|
| Minimum deposit | ₹100 |
| Deposit methods | UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm and others) |
| Deposit speed | Seconds |
| Withdrawal methods | UPI and IMPS, to a verified account in your own name |
| Typical withdrawal speed | Most clear in under 5 minutes |
| Withdrawals above ₹50,000 | Manual review before release, up to 24 hours |
| Withdrawal fee charged by us | None |
Most withdrawal requests clear in under five minutes. Requests above ₹50,000 are reviewed manually before release and can take up to 24 hours. That is a fraud and anti-laundering control, it applies to everybody equally, and we would rather state it plainly here than have you discover it on a Sunday evening. It is not a delay tactic and support cannot make it go away, but they can tell you where in the queue you are.
We do not charge a fee for a withdrawal. Your own bank or UPI provider may apply charges of their own, which are outside our control and nothing to do with us.
Two things reliably hold up a payout, and both are avoidable. The first is an unverified account, so complete verification early. The second is an outstanding bonus playthrough requirement, so check your bonus status before you request. Beyond those, a withdrawal may be held where there is a genuine suspicion of fraud, where an account is under investigation for a breach of these terms, or where a payment processor or regulator requires it. In every such case we will tell you that the payout is held and why, in as much detail as we are lawfully permitted to give.
Where a deposit or a payout is credited to your account in error, whether through a technical fault, a duplicate transaction or a mistake in a game's settlement, we may correct the error and recover the amount. Funds credited by mistake do not become yours simply because they appeared in your balance. If you notice an error in your favour, tell us. Deliberately exploiting one is dealt with under section 09.
07 Fair Play, RNG and Provably Fair Games
Games are supplied by established studios, including Evolution, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI and NetEnt, and they run on the studios' own certified random number generators. Those generators are independently audited by testing laboratories. The platform cannot adjust a game's return-to-player figure, cannot influence the outcome of a round, and does not receive the ability to do so from the studios. The figure published on each game page is the one the developer certified.
A random number generator is what determines the outcome of a round in an RNG game: the card dealt, the symbol landed, the multiplier reached. Certification means an independent laboratory has tested the generator over an enormous sample and confirmed that its output is genuinely unpredictable and correctly distributed. It is a real safeguard and it is the industry standard.
It also requires you to trust a certificate you will almost certainly never read, which is why the instant games go further.
Provably fair instant games
Crash, Mines, Plinko and Hi-Lo are provably fair. The mechanism is simple enough to explain in a paragraph. Before a round begins, the server generates a seed that determines the outcome and publishes a cryptographic hash of it. A hash is a one-way fingerprint: it commits the server to that exact seed without revealing what it is, and the server cannot afterwards substitute a different seed without the hash changing. That seed is then combined with a client seed that you control and can change at will. After the round ends, the server seed is revealed. You can hash it yourself, confirm it matches the fingerprint published beforehand, and recompute the result from the two seeds.
If it matches, the outcome could not have been altered after you committed to your play. This is a materially stronger guarantee than certification, because it does not require you to trust anybody, including us. It takes about two minutes and it is worth doing once, simply so that you know it works.
Live dealer games carry their own form of verification, which is that the result happens physically, on camera, in front of you. There is no seed to check because there is no software determining the outcome.
A game malfunction voids all plays on that game. If a technical fault causes a round to be settled incorrectly, we will correct the settlement, and a payout produced by a malfunction will be reversed. This cuts both ways: a round that was wrongly settled against you is corrected in your favour too.
08 Responsible Gaming
This is the section nobody in this industry wants to write, and it is the most important one on the page. Read it even if you skip everything else.
Gaming is entertainment. It is not income. It is not an investment, it is not a second job, it is not a strategy for clearing a debt, and it is not a way out of a financial problem. Treating it as any of those things is the single most reliable route to harm, and it is a route a great many people have taken. If any part of you is opening this app because you need the money rather than because you enjoy the game, that is the moment to close it.
Every game has a house edge, and we publish it. It is on every game page on this site, expressed as a return-to-player percentage, before you play rather than after. It means that over a sufficiently long period the mathematics favours the platform. That is not a trick, it is the arithmetic on which the entire industry rests, and it does not change because you are on a streak, because you have a system, because you feel lucky, or because you are due. No strategy alters it and nobody who claims otherwise is telling you the truth. We publish the number precisely so that you can make your decisions with it in front of you.
Never play with money you cannot afford to lose. The right way to fund play is to decide, before you start, on an amount you are willing to spend on entertainment, in the same way you would decide what to spend on a night out, and to treat that amount as gone the moment you deposit it. Anything that comes back is a bonus. Money for rent, for school fees, for medicine, for food, for a loan repayment, or borrowed from a person or an application, must never be staked. Not once. Not to recover a loss. Not for a single round that will definitely be the last one.
Never chase a loss. Chasing is the behaviour that turns a bad evening into a catastrophe, and it is almost universal among people who get into serious difficulty. The logic feels compelling in the moment: you are down, so one larger stake will bring you level, and then you will stop. It does not work, because the mathematics that produced the loss is exactly the same mathematics that will govern the next round, and the larger stake simply increases the size of the hole. If you are playing to win back money you have already lost, you have stopped playing for entertainment, and you should stop playing entirely.
The tools available to you
These are built into the account settings, they take about thirty seconds to configure, and they work. Using them is not an admission of anything. It is what a sensible person does with a form of entertainment that costs money.
- Deposit limits. Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you can deposit. Once set, a reduction takes effect immediately, while an increase is deliberately delayed, so that a decision made calmly cannot be undone in a bad moment.
- Session reminders. Set an interval and the app will interrupt you to tell you how long you have been playing and where your balance stands. Time disappears inside a game. A reminder is the simplest thing that brings it back.
- Self-exclusion. Lock your account for a period you choose. During a self-exclusion you cannot deposit and you cannot play, and the exclusion cannot be lifted early by asking us nicely. That is not us being difficult. It is the entire point of the mechanism, and an exclusion you could reverse on impulse would be worth nothing.
Support will close your account, without argument
If you want your account restricted, limited or closed, message our support team on Telegram and say so. We will do it. There will be no retention offer, no bonus dangled in front of you to change your mind, no series of questions designed to wear you down, and no requirement to explain yourself. You ask, we act. Any withdrawable balance is returned to you. We consider a platform that makes leaving difficult to be a platform that has already lost the argument about whether it deserves you, and we would rather you left cleanly and thought well of us than stayed and did not.
If gaming is affecting your life, your work, your relationships or your finances, please talk to somebody about it. A qualified counsellor or a support organisation will help you far more than any operator can, and speaking to one is not a defeat. It is the most sensible thing available to you.
18+ and restricted states
You must be 18 or older to play. There are no exceptions to this and there is no discretion available to support. Age is confirmed at registration and again at identity verification, and an account found to belong to a person under 18 is closed, with any balance returned to the source of the deposit.
IC7 Game is not available to residents of the following states:
- Andhra Pradesh
- Assam
- Odisha
- Telangana
- Nagaland
- Sikkim
This reflects the regulations those states apply to online skill gaming. It is not negotiable and it is not something support can make an exception for. Attempting to circumvent it, with a VPN, a false address or somebody else's details, will result in the account being closed and the balance forfeited. It is genuinely not worth it.
09 Prohibited Conduct and Consequences
The rules below exist to protect honest players, because almost everything on this list works by taking money from them. They are enforced.
What is prohibited
- Multiple accounts. Opening or controlling more than one account, whether in your own name, under a false identity, or through another person acting for you.
- Circumventing state restrictions. Using a VPN, a proxy, a modified device location, a false address or another person's details to register or play from a restricted state.
- Circumventing the age restriction. Registering or playing while under 18, or allowing a person under 18 to use your account.
- Collusion. Coordinating play with another person or account to gain an advantage, including opposing stakes on the same event across accounts, or any arrangement that transfers value between accounts rather than reflecting genuine play.
- Bots and automation. Using any script, macro, emulator, modified client or automated system to play, to claim promotions, or to interact with the platform.
- Exploiting faults. Deliberately taking advantage of a software error, a mispriced game, a settlement fault or an incorrect credit rather than reporting it.
- Bonus abuse. Any arrangement designed to extract promotional value without genuine play, including low-risk opposing stakes, multi-accounting and coordinated claiming.
- Chargebacks and payment fraud. Reversing a legitimate deposit through your bank or payment provider rather than raising the issue with us, using a payment instrument that is not yours, or depositing funds that are not lawfully yours.
- Money laundering. Using the platform to move, layer or legitimise the proceeds of any unlawful activity.
- Abuse of staff. Threatening, harassing or abusing our support team or other players in our community channels.
- Attacking the platform. Any attempt to gain unauthorised access, reverse engineer the application, interfere with its operation, or disrupt the service for others.
- Distributing modified applications. Repackaging, mirroring or redistributing the IC7 Game application, which is both a breach of these terms and a common vehicle for stealing other people's credentials.
What happens if you breach these rules
Our response is proportionate to what has happened, and it is not automatic. A player who has misunderstood a rule is treated differently from one who has set out to defraud the platform. Depending on the severity and the evidence, we may take any of the following steps.
- Issue a warning and ask you to correct the position.
- Suspend the account and freeze the balance while we investigate.
- Require further verification before anything is released.
- Void the affected plays, remove any bonus and reverse any winnings derived from the breach.
- Close the account permanently and refuse any future registration by the same person.
- Forfeit the balance, where the breach is serious and deliberate.
- Report the matter to a payment provider, a regulator or law enforcement where the conduct appears criminal.
Forfeiture is the sanction people ask about most, so we will be precise. It is reserved for serious and deliberate breaches: fraud, laundering, collusion, multiple accounts operated to extract value, and circumventing the age or state restrictions. In those cases the entire balance, including deposits, may be forfeited. In less serious cases we would ordinarily expect to return your own deposited funds and remove only the value that the breach produced.
If we take action against your account, we will tell you what we have found and give you the opportunity to respond. If you believe we have made a mistake, say so, and provide whatever supports your position. We are capable of being wrong and we would rather correct an error than defend it.
10 Intellectual Property
Everything on this website and in the IC7 Game application, including the IC7 Game name and logo, the written content, the design, the layout, the graphics, the source code and the selection and arrangement of the material, is owned by IC7 Game or licensed to us, and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property law.
You may view this site, use the application for your own personal and non-commercial entertainment, and share links to our pages. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, adapt, decompile, reverse engineer, scrape or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our written permission. You may not use our name, our logo or our branding in a way that suggests an endorsement, an affiliation or a partnership that does not exist.
Game titles, game software, studio names and studio logos belong to their respective owners, including Evolution, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI and NetEnt. They are used on this platform under licence. Nothing in these terms grants you any right in them.
Anything you post in our community channels, including messages, screenshots and suggestions, remains yours. By posting it you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display it in connection with operating and promoting the platform. If you tell us how to improve something, we may act on it, and you are not entitled to a payment for having said it.
If you believe material on this site infringes your intellectual property rights, contact us on Telegram with enough detail to identify the material and the right you say has been infringed. We will investigate promptly and remove anything we should not be using.
11 Third-Party Affiliate Links and Disclaimer
This section matters more than most, and it is not buried at the bottom by accident.
IC7 Game operates as an affiliate. The download buttons on this site do not serve a file from our own servers. They direct you to a third-party partner platform, reached through https://urlr.io/ic7, and it is that partner which operates the application, holds your player account, processes your deposits and withdrawals, and runs the games. If you register and play, we may receive a commission from the partner for the referral. It costs you nothing, it does not change the odds or the published returns on any game, and it gives us no share of what you win or lose.
The consequence is that the partner platform has its own terms and conditions and its own privacy policy, and once you leave this site those are the documents that govern your relationship with them. They are different documents from these, they may say different things, and you should read them before you register. Where the partner's terms govern a matter, such as the settlement of a specific round, the operation of your account balance, or the release of a payout, those terms apply to that matter and not ours.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for the acts or omissions of the partner platform or of any other third party. We do not control their systems, their payment processing, their support, their uptime, their decisions about your account, or their handling of your data. We provide accurate information about them to the best of our knowledge, and where we learn that something we have published is out of date or wrong, we correct it.
Information on this site about games, returns, bonuses, payment methods and processing times is provided in good faith and reflects our understanding at the time of publication. It may change without notice at the partner's discretion. Nothing on this site is financial advice, and nothing on it is a promise of any outcome from playing.
Our Privacy Policy explains the data side of this arrangement in full, including exactly what we do and do not receive back from the partner.
12 Limitation of Liability
The platform and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, and subject to the paragraph at the end of this section, we exclude all warranties, conditions and representations that are not expressly set out in these terms.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or free of error, that defects will be corrected immediately, or that the platform is free of anything harmful. We aim for very high availability and we generally achieve it, but no online service is perfect and we are not going to promise you one that is.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Money lost while playing. Every game has a published house edge, section 04 explains what that means, and losing is an ordinary and foreseeable outcome of play rather than a failure of the service.
- Loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss of any kind.
- Interruptions, outages, latency, connection failures, device failures, or faults in your internet connection or your handset.
- The acts or omissions of the third-party partner platform, of game studios, of payment processors, or of Telegram.
- Anything arising from your own breach of these terms, from your failure to keep your account secure, or from your having given your credentials to somebody else.
- Events outside our reasonable control, including network failures, power failures, natural events, industrial action, regulatory intervention and changes in the law.
Where we are found liable to you despite the above, our total aggregate liability in respect of any claim is limited to the amount you have deposited on the platform in the six months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ₹10,000, whichever is lower.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits our liability for fraud, for fraudulent misrepresentation, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Indian law. We are not attempting to contract out of the things a company should not be allowed to contract out of.
13 Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us, and to keep us indemnified, against any claim, demand, loss, liability, cost or expense, including reasonable legal costs, arising out of or in connection with:
- Your breach of these terms or of any law or regulation that applies to you.
- Your use of the platform, including any use by another person to whom you gave access, whether deliberately or through failing to keep your credentials safe.
- Any inaccurate information you have given us, including a false declaration about your age or your state of residence.
- Any fraudulent, dishonest or unlawful act you commit in connection with the platform, including a chargeback raised against a deposit you genuinely made.
- Any claim brought by a third party arising from your conduct on the platform or in our community channels.
This obligation survives the closure of your account. If we suffer a loss because of something you did, closing your account afterwards does not extinguish it.
We will notify you of any claim to which this section applies, we will not settle it in a way that admits fault on your behalf without discussing it with you, and we will give you a reasonable opportunity to respond.
14 Suspension and Termination
Closing your account yourself
You may close your account at any time, for any reason, or for no reason at all. Message support on Telegram and ask. Any withdrawable balance is returned to your verified account. Funds subject to an outstanding bonus playthrough requirement are treated as set out in section 05. There is no notice period, no exit fee, no retention offer and no argument. As section 08 says, we will simply do it.
Suspension and closure by us
We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe that a term of this agreement has been breached, where an account is being used fraudulently or unlawfully, where required by a regulator, a payment provider or a court, where the account holder turns out to be ineligible under section 02, or where an account has been dormant for a prolonged period and cannot be verified.
A suspension is temporary and investigative. While it is in place you cannot play or withdraw, the balance is frozen, and we look into what has happened. We will tell you that the account is suspended and, so far as we are lawfully able, why. A suspension that we find to be unwarranted is lifted and the account restored in full, and we would rather do that than quietly leave it frozen.
A closure is permanent. Where an account is closed for a reason other than a serious deliberate breach, the withdrawable balance is returned to you. Where it is closed for a serious deliberate breach, section 09 applies and the balance may be forfeited.
We may also discontinue the service altogether. If we do, we will give you reasonable notice and a proper opportunity to withdraw your balance. Shutting a platform down while holding players' money is not something we would do and not something we would defend.
The sections of these terms that by their nature should survive the end of the agreement do survive it, including intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnity and dispute resolution.
15 Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, including any question about their existence, validity or termination, is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
Talk to us first
Almost every dispute we see is a misunderstanding about a bonus playthrough requirement, a withdrawal held for verification, or a manual review on a payout above ₹50,000. All three are resolved faster by a message than by anything else, so before you escalate a matter anywhere, please raise it with support on Telegram. Tell us what happened, when, and what you would like done about it. Give us the transaction reference if there is one. We aim to give a substantive answer within a few days, and usually a good deal sooner.
If our first answer does not satisfy you, say so and ask for the matter to be escalated. It will be reviewed by somebody who was not involved in the original decision. We would much rather find that we were wrong and fix it than defend a position we cannot support.
Game and settlement disputes
Where a dispute concerns the outcome of a round, the server-side record of that round is the authoritative record. It takes precedence over the display on your device, which can be affected by connection loss, caching or a client-side fault. For the provably fair instant games described in section 07, you can verify the outcome yourself from the published seeds, and we would encourage you to do so before raising a dispute, because it will usually settle the question in seconds.
Nothing here removes your legal rights
This section is not intended to prevent you from taking a matter to a court or to an appropriate authority in India, and it does not attempt to. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory right you have under Indian consumer protection or data protection law. If any part of these terms is found by a court to be unenforceable, that part is severed and the rest continues in force.
16 Changes to These Terms and How to Contact Us
Changes
We may update these terms when the platform changes, when a promotional offer changes, or when the law changes. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and it is the quickest way to see whether anything has moved.
Minor changes, such as clarifying a sentence or correcting a link, are simply published. Material changes, meaning changes to eligibility, to bonus terms, to payment terms or to conduct rules, are announced on the site and on our Telegram channel before they take effect. Continuing to use the platform after a change takes effect means you accept it. If you do not accept it, you can close your account and withdraw your balance, and section 14 tells you how.
A bonus already credited to your account continues under the terms that applied when you claimed it. We do not change the rules of an offer underneath a player who has already taken it.
Contact
Support runs on Telegram, because that is where Indian players already are. There is no ticket number, no automated first reply and no phone tree. You message, a person replies, usually within a few minutes, at any hour.
